A Half Beef typically needs 8–10 cubic feet (a small chest freezer).
A Whole Beef needs 16–20 cubic feet.
Our price covers the animal and the ranching. The processor charges a separate fee for slaughter, aging, and packaging based on the hanging weight. You’ll pay this directly to the processor when you pick up your order.
We ranch by the seasons, not a factory clock. Your $500 deposit puts your name on an animal in our next available release. Once the animal reaches maturity, We will contact you to discuss your specific butchery preferences and give you a firm pickup date.
