Nichols Ranching Company registered Wagyu operation began in 2009.
Its first purchase: 4 fullblood Wagyu bulls to turn out on 100 head or replacement heifers. Today, the ranch is multi-faceted. One side leans more towards commercial production, while the other leans more towards the fullblood operation. The fullblood operation is used to raise top quality Wagyu bulls to sell to producers all over the United States. We offer a buyback program on all calves sired by our Wagyu bulls.

Horses
The remuda has come a long way over the last 10 years at the direction of Bryce Renfro. The ranch goes out and finds the best 2 and 3 year olds available and distributes them amongst their cowboys.

Over the year they break these young horses, use them in all aspects of their day to day ranching duties. Gathering, penning, sorting and roping. At the end of the day, these horses are taken to the roping pen. These horses are used to working in many different environments as they get hauled all over Texas and Oklahoma to day work, jackpot and ranch rodeo.

The Ranch
Circle Five covers over 12,000 acres in three different North Texas counties, with satellite operations in Bosque County, Texas and Northern Oklahoma. The Ranch can be rented for productions or events.
